2 hours after eating dinner Friday night 5/19/18, I began vomiting. 2 days later, still nauseous with cold sweats and fever. Ate spinach dip (we had the combo appetizer), sirloin, mashed potatoes, side salad, and one pineapple mojita. My boyfriend who had a burger meal and only a couple bites of the spinach dip, did not become ill. | Symptômes: Nausée, Vomissements
