I made scotch eggs with turkey sausage, I had never made them with turkey sausage before and so I was careful not to let the meat stay out for too long. The eggs were fully cooked so I am sure that it was the turkey and the one I had must not have been cooked all the way because my roommate didn't get sick, and she had the other two and was perfectly fine. I sure it was food poisoning because it was immediately after I at the meal I was in the bathroom. | Symptômes: Diarrhée
