53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: washroom facilities not maintained. Observed toilets in both washrooms clogged,unable to flush. Pic made repairs during inspection to correct the problem-cos. Observed both toilets in washrooms now flushing and working. Priority foundation issued 7-38-030(c).
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed floor tiles along the baseboards in the rear storage area and in front of the 3 comp sink loose/missing and in disrepair. Also floor need re- grouting. Instructed to repair and maintain
