Report date: May 4, 20205. Procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
- comments: observed clean-up of vomiting and diarrhea procedure on site but no clean-up kit on premises during inspection. Instructed to have said procedure along with required equipment for clean-up. Priority foundation violation. No citation issued. 7-38-005
8. Hands clean & properly washed
- comments: observed improper hygienic practices, employee multitasking and touching surfaces with bare hands and putting gloves on and start preparing food with out washing hands prior. Priority violation 7-38-010 no citation issued
10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: noted hand wash sink at the front prep area. Instructed to install additional hand wash sink with soap and paper towels that is accessible to the front prep area. Priority violation #7-38-030(c). No citation issued.

- comments: observed no pest control log book on site during inspection. Must provide and maintain all required pest control records and documents. Priority foundation violation. 7-38. 020 (c) no citation issued

- comments: must provide toilet room receptacle with cover for sanitary napkins in unisex employees bathroom
