Had wings and a beer last night at 7:00 pm. Asian Zing. Came home, watched tv for two hours then went to bed. Woke up 30 minutes later and every 30 minutes for 24 hours. Violent diarrhea and two very violent vomiting episodes around 3:00 am. That was the only food I had all day and it was all that was exiting. Little tiny pepper flakes and red water.
