I ordered my food at 10:16:29pm on 4/4/2018 from the drive through. I ate a chicken sandwich with lettuce and mayo. Within the next two hours I was sick with severe vomiting and diarrhea. The vomiting became so severe that it was a lot of blood. I ended up in an ambulance and hospitalized the next morning. I am still currently being treated by a doctor for symptoms that I am still having due to this poisoning. I have paid over $2,000 out of pocket for this with medical bills and traveling out of state when this happened. The bills have not ended yet. My husband also had to take a $700.00 emergency flight to come take care of our daughter because I was hospitalized and unable to care for her. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Vomissements
