Ate on Friday May 17, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. Ordered a bowl with spinach, white rice, chicken, harissa sauce, pitas chips, lemon wedge, quinoa, and greek vinaigrette. I had nothing else to eat that evening. The next morning I had diarrhea, nausea, and loss of appetite.
