Ate part of a chicken sandwich on October 8 2018. I saw a big BLACK spot in my sandwich. Threw it away. Never seen anything like that before. Ive been sick going on 3 weeks and hospitalized for vomiting so much I started vomiting blood. My doctor thinks it was food poisoning. Should have taken a picture of the big black spot in meat. Wont eat at another Chick-Fil-A again. Made me so sick. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements
