Ate lunch on Dec. 8, 2017, picked food up and ate 10 minutes later. Had the southwest spicy chicken salad with creamy salsa dressing and the pepitas sprinkled on, no tortilla strips. Also had the 8pc nuggets, of which I only ate two. Started having upset stomach about an hour later, culminated in diarrhea, and vomiting, I could still see undigested contents of the salad. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée
