Ate a chicken burrito, brown rice, pinto beans, medium salsa, cheese, lettuce, and Mr. Pibb soda around 9pm last night. Felt very sick and began throwing up with an hour or two. Began experiencing diarrhea later last night. Experienced simultaneous vomiting an diarrhea at least 5 times throughout last night.
