About an hour after consuming my steak burrito bowl I started to have extreme nausea and diarrhea. I couldn't fight the nausea anymore and I began to vomit for hours. I had no energy and worked up a fever. My emesis was a bright green color which made me concerned. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements

That would probably be bile you are vomiting up. Had that happen to me once back when I was in high school and I was sure the lining of my stomach was disintegrating. That having been said, in order to vomit bile you have to have vomited quite a bit!
