- comments: observed metered handwashing sink faucets providing water for less than 15 seconds upon activation in classrooms 101 and 117. Instructed to correct to provide water for at least 15 seconds without the need to reactivate the faucets and maintain.

48. Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained & used; test strips
- comments: observed wash solution thermometer on dishwasher in preschool kitchen not working properly. Instructed to repair temperature gauge on dish machine to adequately reflect wash solution temperature. Priority foundation violation. #7-38-025. No citation issued.
