- comments: observed the rear exit door in poor repair at the bottom. Instructed manager to repair and maintain rear exit door to prevent entry point for pests.

- comments: instructed manager to clean food display shelving to remove spills and debris. Also clean the interior of reach in coolers to remove spills.

- comments: observed ceiling tiles in poor repair(water damage)in the selling area. Must repair and maintain.
