I got some arrugula plastic bags and put some raw in my green smoothie and next day I cooked some with other vegetables and got and a couple of hours later i started feeling so bad, diarrhea, nausea and my body arching. This is my second day. I vam even see the arugula bags cause it makes me want to vomit. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Autre, Douleur corporelle
