On 11-3-18 my family and myself went to Hard Rock Cafe on pier 39 for dinner. My husband and myself ordered the Caesar Salad with salmon. And my daughter had some of it to. Within a hour my daughter husband and myself felt very sick and was throwing up and having diarrhea. That night we spent most of it in the bathroom and the next day as well. I did call Hard Rock to talk to a manager and got hung up on. Then after calling and waiting for 10 minutes on hold I finally got to talk to a manager. He was very rude and very short. he said they only thing he would be able to do is if we ever came back was to give my family a free sundae. And that we should have told a manager there what was happening. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK. This is the worst I have ever felt. And we also did try to use the rest room at the restaurant but there was leaking water coming from the toilets and facets. And plus no toilet paper at all. They need to get a visit from the health inspector. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements

please contact the San Francisco Health department. hopefully they will send out an inspector and find any health issues and save others from being food poisoned.
