I mixed a small amount of Honey Nut Cereal with original Cheerios and ate it with Almond Milk. I had previously eaten most of the box of original Cheerios with no effect. I started feeling feeling discomfort in my stomach about 1 hour later. I started vomiting 3 hours later and did so for another 14 hours later. I could not eat or drink anything until the next day.
