Date Closed: 10/18/2019Accrued 27 violations during an Oct. 18 inspection. Inspectors found 20 live roaches on shelving in storage behind canned food, as well as sushi rice that had not been time marked after being removed from a controlled-temperature environment. Most of Ichiyummy's other violations were basic. Its six intermediate violations included no paper towels at the hand-washing sink and a lack of hot water.
