- comments: found previous core violations not corrected from report dated 2-14-19 inspection # 2262183. Violation 55: all coving needs to be replaced in rear near rear exit door by 3 compartment sink. Replace coving and maintain floor/ wall juncture. Violation 58: observed no approved allergen training in accordance with pa 100-0367 on site. Instructed any persons with the city of chicago food sanitation certificate to comply with allergen training and maintain. Priority foundation. Citation issued. 7-42-090.
