Mashed potatoes and gravy, Only one—the mashed potatoes and gravy were all he got and the rest of us didn’t get food there.  3 hours later he felt general malaise—didn’t want anything except water; and 6 hours later he had diarrhea and vomiting over and over—mostly bile.  This has now lasted for 8 hours or more, with the vomiting slowing down(hasn’t vomited in two hours) and now mostly diarrhea, but still has nausea and now chills.   | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements, Frissons, Bile
