Ate 4 Chicken tender strips, 2 chocolate chip cookies, small mashed potatoes and gravy, and Sierra Mist. At food at 9:30PM on 1/22/17. Started vomiting violently 1/23/17 at 4:30AM and again at 6:30AM then again one last time at 8:30AM. Following day had diarrhea and body aches. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements
