I got food poisoning from the the fish fillet sandwich I received on Thursday, August 8 at 2:30pm. I am 100% certain because I had not had food during the 16 hours prior to that because I had a medical procedure nearby at the Tennessee Eye Center that day. My wife had the shake and fries, and I had the same, plus the fish fillet. She did not get ill, but I suffered nausea and vomiting starting 2.5 hours after I had the sandwich and it required an emergency call to the doctor and a Zofran prescription to help me. I very nearly had to cancel my follow-up visit to the eye surgeon the next day due to this. It probably was the tartar sauce on the sandwich. Had I been on the road during the attacks of uncontrolled vomiting, I would almost certainly have had an accident. should be held accountable for this negligence. | Symptômes: Nausée, Vomissements
