About 7pm Friday March 8, 2019 my family ate at McDonalds. Child got kid's meal with chicken nuggets, apple slices, fries, and chocolate milk, Mom got Quarter Pounder with Cheese, fries, and ice coffee, Dad got a Big Mac, fries, and Coke. Dad's stomach progressively hurt until around 4am Saturday March 9, 2019 when he began vomiting and had severe diarrhea. This lasted for about 2 hours. Mom and Child had zero symptoms. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements
