Sausage McMuffin with no egg or cheese and a vanilla milkshake. I was throwing up and going to the toliet roughly 2 hours after I ate the food. As I only had sausage in my McMuffin this means that the McMuffin meat was under cook and when I ate it, it felt cold but I didn’t think anything of it as I thought I could trust McDonald’s food | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements
