One sausage and egg McMuffin with added bacon consumed at 10am, followed by a long train journey where I consumed nothing else. Symptoms started at approx 22:30 after getting off said train making it very easy to pinpoint the source of my discomfort. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Vomissements
