I was in the car yesterday and I was going to a friend’s house. I decided to stop at McDonald’s to grab something to eat before I went. This was around 5:00 pm. I ate a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit along with fries. I began feeling sick around 11:30. I had diarrhea last night and this morning the nausea, vomiting, and fever kicked in.
