Large coffee with 8 creams & one sugar from McDonalds on 3-22-2019 at aproximately 9:35 am, Picked up large coffee on way to do taxes. Was with tax man less than an hour. By the time I got home was starting to feel sick with severe abdominal cramping. Had no other food or liquid. The cramping got worse as the day progressed. It has now been 24 h | Symptômes: Vomissements, Diarrhée, Nausée, Crampes
