The meal was on Wednesday May 8th at 11am. I had a salad with iceburg lettuce, cheese, cucumber, black olives and ranch dressing. The main dish was wedding soup that was primarily spinach with few meatballs and chicken. I drank water with a lemon and the lemon tasted off. I got sick 2 hours later. Symptoms have lasted 5 days so far. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements
