Feb 14, 2016. I had the pepperoni and sausage flat bread. Within 6 hours very ill within 12 hours violent vomitting and diarrhea. Lasted for hours! Was the only food I had that day. No one else in my party had that same food. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Fièvre, Vomissements
