Ate 3 small slices of stuffed Crust pepporoni pizza with bacon. Ate around 7:30. Felt fine until 4 am, I began to feel nausea with severe stomach cramps which led me to go to the bathroom. Had diarrhea which then led to me vomiting so much I eventually began to dry heave. I just felt shaky and cold with severe stomach cramps. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements
