On Tuesday, August 27th, at 9:31pm, I went through the drive thru and ordered a #9 (original chicken sandwich meal) and a #10 (spicy chicken sandwich meal) and was prompted to pull to the curb to wait for my food where I waited 15 minutes (with employees constantly coming outside asking what I had and what I was waiting on) on to receive raw chicken. I then contacted customer service (due to the location being closed when I went back) where I was informed that this store was franchised owned and he couldn't do anything for me besides put in a request for a refund. I called the store when they opened and told them about the issue and the woman (who claimed to be the store manager) refused to give a refund. She said she can give a store credit but can not give me the same food I ordered because she no longer serves it. I then asked for the owner information to contact him to get my refund and she said she didn't have it. I have been have the symptoms of diarrhea, vomiting, nausea, and abdominal pain with Tuesday. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements
