I ate a turkey sandwich on wheat, added mushrooms, and all the additional toppings besides oil. I also had a bag of chips. This was around 4:30. I went to work out at 5:30 but I had a difficult time because I was extremely naucious. I woke up at 12:15am and have been for the past couple hours with the usual symptoms. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements
