Drank a light roast coffee with coconut milk. Ate packaged quinoa wrap with beans. About an hour later, started feeling fatigued. An hour after that was nausea, and then painful stomach cramps. Another hour and the diarrhea kicked in, and finally vomiting. Stomach cramps continued for another few hours. Next day my stomach feels uncomfortable. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements
