Had a chicken teriyaki on flatbread. Within 4-6 hours I had about 6 rounds of diarrhea, and 4 rounds of extreme vomiting. My friend ate a Tuna flatbread the day before me at the same place, and had the same symptoms. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Vomissements
