Wednesday February 14 we had the mini chicken sandwiches at KFC/ Taco Bell about 2. 20 minutes after we had horrible diarrhea. We thought it was a coincidence so we ordered Taco Bell food today. Doritos locos tacos and cheesy Gordita crunch. Diarrhea started about 30 minutes afterwards and horrible vomiting about 3 hours afterwards.
My son was treated for food poisoning by his pediatrician. He vomited for 18 hours and had become dehydrated. I tried tonreport directly to that location and had no luck. I called another location for corporates number and they were shocked that I was going to report them. I called corporate multiple times, left multiple messages, and sent multiple emails and never heard back and was never able to get through to a live person! | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements
