Either: Dubai First Class lounge buffet, pre flight in Dubai OR onboard chicken meal on Munich - Dubai flight Flew Munich to Dubai on Emirates. I had chicken meal, boyfriend had beef. Landed in Dubai at 11:45pm. Went to the First Class lounge buffet, pre our next flight to Melbourne. Ate a selection of hot and cold foods- rice dishes, Asian noodles, yogurt and hummus. Experienced upset stomach within 30 mins from eating this. Once onboard, within 1 hour started to feel nauseous. Proceeded to vomit and diarrhoea for 15 hours, every hour. Stopped as abruptly as it started. Felt sick for days after. Flight was March 14 departure. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements
