Today 6/30/18. Got my food at around 6ish. Got a 4 for $4.00. Double stacker no onions. Nuggets w bbq sauce. Fries and a dr. Pepper. Also ordered a large cherry tea. I ordered the receipt said 551pm. Could have sworn it was earlier. Cause I sat n the drive through for over 15 minutes. The car in front of me never moved up just waited for their food. I had already paid. When I asked for a receipt to show me when I ordered be cause I know it was at least 10 mins because I was bl ow late to work.

I put my food in the fridge and at 8 was able to eat it. At 6 I drank the tea and ate the nuggets. By 9 I had to run off the sales floor to throw up. Threw up all the way home and now have yet to get off the toilet. While throwing up in my trash can.

So I'm not sure if something was done to my food because they refused to give me my receipt. Or what happened. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements
