Saturday evening Aug 17, 2019 I ate smoked tuna dip, the sampler oyster platter and the salmon meal with a green salad and gumbo. 30 minutes after I left the restaurant my stomach started hurting very bad. I started violently throwing up several times and had diarrhea all night accompanied with bad stomach cramps and pain. I called to inform the manager the next morning and she informed me that she would notify corporate but she didn't ask my name or contact info. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements, Crampes
