Ordered tuna hoagie bowl. Within 24hrs I felt like I was hit by a truck with the spins fever chills head pressure nausea then came the profuse vomiting diarrhea weakness fatigue. I live next door to Casey's. I have ate there pizza 5 times. Was trying to treaty family. Every time,all 5 times, I got food poisoning. It caused me to miss work and go to the doctor.
