J'ai mangé une salade au poulet 3/20 à 13 heures. Je me suis senti ballonné après un petit dîner. Je n'arrivais pas à dormir. Vomis, pissé moi-même (j'ai plus de 50 ans), diarrhée x 2 h, 3 h et 6 h.
