Heard about a problem with lettuce today but figured it was resolved. Steak Bowl w black beans, guac, cheese and lettuce. Ate less then a quarter of the bowl when i started to feel sick and was vomiting within 15 minutes  | Symptômes: Nausée, Vomissements
