I had the create-your-own salad, and started experiencing stomach pain around two hours after eating. I then had diarrhea and started vomiting. This was a horrible experience and I am never going again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Heard about a problem with lettuce today but figured it was resolved. Steak Bowl w black beans, guac, cheese and lettuce. Ate less then a quarter of the bowl when i started to feel sick and was vomiting within 15 minutes  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
