Friday night we took out from this restaurant. About an hour after eating the cheese quesadilla my son experienced diarrhea and cramping which lasted through the night about 6 episodes.

Lettuce Alert: Quick Onset

Heard about a problem with lettuce today but figured it was resolved. Steak Bowl w black beans, guac, cheese and lettuce. Ate less then a quarter of the bowl when i started to feel sick and was vomiting within 15 minutes
