I ate a chili cheese dog aprox 1600 hrs at the USO. Sunday morning aprox 0900 hrs I awoke with vertigo and all the above. It was about the only thing I ate that day because of flying.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements

I have come up positive for infectious colitis caused by Salmonella. The only place I could have gotten this was the Chick-fil-a in the Dallas airport on Sept 28 2018.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements
