Ate Taco Bell for lunch with is only .5 miles from the Taco Bell. By 2 I was projectile vomiting for the next 6 hrs until I went to the doctor which they gave me a shot ., 3hrs after eating 2 mini shredded chicken qasadila I began to really sick and vomiting and than diarrhea and vomiting  | Symptômes: Vomissements, Nausée, Diarrhée

Went to a friends on Sunday, we all ate pizza and wound up sick. I know it was the pizza because it was the only thing I ate all day. Vomiting and severe stomach cramps ensued  | Symptômes: Vomissements

J'ai un paquet de 12 tacos mous et 12 paquets de tacos à coque dure... Je suis rentré à la maison et 3 d'entre nous ont mangé, 30 minutes plus tard, nous étions tous les 3 en courant aux toilettes avec diarrhée et douleurs à l'estomac... 8 heures plus tard, je suis toujours en train de me chier les tripes...  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Douleur d'estomac

Not sure if it was the lack of hygiene of the majority of the employees, the fact that the pizza is only in the oven for a couple minutes and possibly does not kill all of the harmful bacteria in the meats/veggies, or a combination of both… Voir plus

I ate a Cobb Salad on August 30, 2017 around 4:30pm. Symptoms started within an hour. I felt hot with upset stomach, nausea, fatigue. I was able to take some anti-nausea medication prescribed to me from a previous illness to keep me from vomiting. The following morning… Voir plus
