I got the Spicy McChicken with fries and a drink last night, November 26, 2017 on my way home from work. I ate the food when I got home and at roughly 2 am I woke up vomiting, diarrhea, and ruining a fever. As I was up and down all night nauseous.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements

Ordered a McChicken and nuggets around 11pm, after which I don't remember much of anything until 3 PM the following day. Memory is blur of consistently vomiting and diarrhea starting around 2AM.
