Ate a McChicken Sandwich meal and fell ill a couple of hours later. Vomiting violently, was in bed for two days, burned a fever of 39 and was unable to eat. Awful experience.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting

I ordered a McChicken on Monday, 6/05/17 and have been extremely sick with the worst case of food poisoning for the last 24 hours. If I'm still sick tomorrow I'll have to see a doctor.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
