Ate a McChicken Sandwich meal and fell ill a couple of hours later. Vomiting violently, was in bed for two days, burned a fever of 39 and was unable to eat. Awful experience.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting

My friend just had McDonald's on Friday and got food poisoning. I had a mcChicken Sunday afternoon and I started feeling sick within the hour. During the afternoon, I ordered a McChicken and large fries. The fries I ended up sharing with a friend, who didn't feel sick that day so I knew it was most likely from the McChicken.
