My friend just had McDonald's on Friday and got food poisoning. I had a mcChicken Sunday afternoon and I started feeling sick within the hour. I almost passed out several times and I started vomiting later that night. I threw up about five times but still feel really sick.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

During the afternoon, I ordered a McChicken and large fries. The fries I ended up sharing with a friend, who didn't feel sick that day so I knew it was most likely from the McChicken. I had a mcchicken, shamrock shake and the very last pie they had-strawberry cream. It was around 230pm on 4/14/2017. Everything TASTED fine... But it was kinda busy when I was in there so I'm not sure.. It is now 6pm and I am very sick with the symptoms above.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
