Grayson KY McDonalds Sunday Aug 13.  Ordered the quarter pounder and fries.  Only hour later was vomiting and had diarrhea. Quarter pounder and fries. Very hot day and the food was already prepared and ready to go.  Went thru the drive through.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

$20 fill up box, everything tasted okay except chicken it had a weird "not done" or some kind of texture so we stopped eating. 3 hrs later we have been vomiting, stomach cramps.... 2 out of 2 people, we are nauseous, stomach cramping and I've vomited.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
