I got the Spicy McChicken with fries and a drink last night, November 26, 2017 on my way home from work. I ate the food when I got home and at roughly 2 am I woke up vomiting, diarrhea, and ruining a fever. As I was up and down all night nauseous.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

周日下午 3 点 45 分左右，我在去纽约之前停下来吃点东西。我订购了一个 McChicken 和 Nuggets（最后买的不是我订购的 McDouble）和一个大鱼苗。我还好搭车，一旦我到纽约，我就得了严重的腹泻和胃痉挛。现在是星期二我再也不会在麦当劳吃东西了，而且我仍然面临极端的腹泻和抽筋。

I ate a McChicken on 6/17. That was the only thing I ate that day. Diarrhea started that day and lasted 9 days. I ended up in the emergency room, dehydrated with uncontrollable diharrea. The ER doc confirmed that campylobacter and C. difficile were active in the… 更多

在我在 41 号高速公路埃文斯维尔的麦当劳吃了麦当劳的麦鸡肉大约 2-3 小时后，我开始得了可怕的胃痛。我得了腹泻、恶心、呕吐、肌肉酸痛和头痛。这也让我打嗝，当我愿意的时候，我可以品尝三明治里的生菜。我昨晚晚上 8 点左右开始生病，但我还生病了。

Ordered a McChicken and nuggets around 11pm, after which I don't remember much of anything until 3 PM the following day. Memory is blur of consistently vomiting and diarrhea starting around 2AM. Vomit was initially just food, but later became just thick bile.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 胆汁
