I got the Spicy McChicken with fries and a drink last night, November 26, 2017 on my way home from work. I ate the food when I got home and at roughly 2 am I woke up vomiting, diarrhea, and ruining a fever. As I was up and down all night nauseous.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

周日下午 3 点 45 分左右，我在去纽约之前停下来吃点东西。我订购了一个 McChicken 和 Nuggets（最后买的不是我订购的 McDouble）和一个大鱼苗。我还好搭车，一旦我到纽约，我就得了严重的腹泻和胃痉挛。现在是星期二我再也不会在麦当劳吃东西了，而且我仍然面临极端的腹泻和抽筋。
